You can exchange tatami sheet on the machine table. This machine sews thin tatami-mat of 13 mm very beautiful with bended needle. When you turn the handle lever, it is possible to adjust sewed position height and depth easily.

This machine sews tatami material board (Chemical board or straw board) automatically. This machine has 24 needles which length is 235mm, it is possible to sewing the thick board (from 5 to 60 mm), and finishing of tatami material board is very beautiful. This machine can sew the reverse side sheet such as polypropylene corting paper or nonwoven fabric at the same time. The working time is about 45 sec per a board (size 910 x 1,820 mm). Feeding interval and material thickness are controlled with easy operation.
